Unfortunately serviced items are not available outside the U.S. and Canada at this time.

Please Note: Customs duties, brokerage fees and/or other import taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer. Cose-Belle's shipping fees do not include taxes or importing fees of any kind. For security reasons, we are unable to ship any products to Indonesia.

If you wish to use a different shipper, we can send it with the shipper of your choice. You should contact us as soon as possible and we will include the account number of the service you wish to use and adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Please note: our minimum processing time remains approximately 1 week for plain prints. Custom orders will add time to the processing of your order, and can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks for delivery, depending on the options you choose. top of page

The majority of our unframed posters and art prints are carefully packed in triple-wrap tubes/boxes and shipped via a certified parcel carrier. Smaller items are shipped flat in sturdy packaging. All items are padded with paper packaging materials.

If you receive an item(painting(s) with or without framing) that has been damaged during shipping or if we have made an error, do not return it. Please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a pick-up. If you have a chance to refuse delivery of an item you would like to return, you are encouraged to do so, but please notify us of the refusal.

Certain special order items such as Maps and Kaleidoscopes are returnable and exchangeable as well but carry a 30% restocking fee as they are generally made to order.

All returns must be received no later than two weeks after delivery, and must be approved before shipping. Any item returned with out prior authorization will not be credited to your account.
